  1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using oikonofi.com, or any course, community, newsletter, video, tool, or other product we offer (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Omni Express, Inc, doing business as Oikonofi (“Oikonofi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” means any person who visits, registers for, or purchases from the Services.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown at the time of a specific purchase. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that purchase.

  1. Educational Purpose Only

Oikonofi provides general education about stewardship, budgeting, saving, earning, ownership, entrepreneurship, investing concepts, and generosity. All content is offered for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax preparer, or law firm, and no content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or product. Using the Services does not create an advisor, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship.

Your financial situation is unique. Before making any financial, investment, tax, or business decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional who can review your circumstances.

No guarantee of results. Examples, stories, case studies, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, circumstances, markets, and timing. Investing and business ownership involve risk, including the loss of money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and their outcomes.

  1. Our Perspective

Oikonofi’s teaching draws on biblical principles of stewardship. Scripture references and faith-based perspectives are shared for encouragement and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice or for guidance from your own faith community. People of all backgrounds are welcome to use the Services, provided they follow these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
  • Notify us promptly at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Memberships and course access are for one individual unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  1. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Pricing. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and may change at any time. A price change does not affect an order already completed. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions and memberships. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the paid period. We will give you notice before any price increase takes effect on your renewal.

Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Refunds. Digital products, courses, and downloads may be requested for refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than [25%] of the content. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law. Coaching or live-event fees are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. To request a refund, send us an email with your order details.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your access while the dispute is resolved.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, videos, courses, worksheets, templates, frameworks, graphics, logos, and the Oikonofi name and brand, is owned by Oikonofi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you access free content or purchase a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post our paid content
  • Share login access or downloadable files with others
  • Use our materials to create a competing course, product, or service
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices
  • Use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

You may quote short excerpts with clear credit to Oikonofi and a link to oikonofi.com.

  1. Community Standards and User Content

Oikonofi aims to be a respectful place to learn and grow. When using the Services, including comments, forums, and community spaces, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against others
  • Post unlawful, obscene, hateful, or misleading content
  • Promote scams, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited offers, or give personalized financial advice as if you were a licensed professional
  • Share another person’s private information without consent
  • Upload viruses or interfere with the security or operation of the Services
  • Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Services by automated means

Your content. You keep ownership of comments, questions, testimonials, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Oikonofi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and share your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. We will ask for your permission before using your name or story in marketing. You confirm you have the right to share anything you post.

We may remove any content or restrict any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion.

  1. Third-Party Links, Affiliates, and Platforms

Third-party sites and tools. The Services may link to or recommend outside websites, apps, financial institutions, and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, security, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Affiliate disclosure. Some links are affiliate links, which means Oikonofi may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe may be useful, but a recommendation is not an endorsement or guarantee.

YouTube and social media. Our videos and posts on YouTube and other platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms. Content on those channels is educational and carries the same disclaimers stated in Section 2.

  1. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

Disclaimer of warranties. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OIKONOFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be current.

Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OIKONOFI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, INVESTMENTS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oikonofi and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.

  1. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By joining our email list or creating an account, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

  1. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

  1. General

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and Oikonofi about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
